The Ministry has not announced the release of the 2025/2026 recruitment form. No official recruitment process is ongoing at this time.

Requirements
Before applying, check that you meet the basic conditions. Some roles may require IT skills or media-related experience. General requirements include:
- Must be a Kenyan citizen
- Must have a valid national ID or passport
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have KCSE, diploma, degree, or equivalent qualification
- Must be of good conduct
- Must be physically and mentally fit
- Must have good communication skills
Qualifications in ICT, communication, journalism, public relations, digital marketing, or computer science may be an advantage.

When the recruitment starts, follow these steps:
- Visit the PSC website: https://www.publicservice.go.ke
- Go to the careers or jobs section
- Search for Ministry of Information, Communications and Digital Economy jobs
- Read the job details and requirements carefully
- Fill the online application form
- Upload required documents (CV, certificates, ID, etc.)
- Submit your application
- Print or save your confirmation page
